“Thank you so much for the 8-week mindfulness course that I took with you which I really enjoyed. It was relaxing and nourishing, and I enjoyed learning in the group environment. Since then I have been able to put into practice the techniques that I have learnt. I’m grateful for the many references and links to review and deepen the meditation practice after the course. It was a little hit and miss at first -and strangely I didn’t worry so much about it. Now it has become part of my routine 10 mins a day morning and evening brings grounding, presence, clarity and gratitude into my life – and I guess it all starts from within. Thank you” SB
